Pre-Season Prep – Thank You to All Our Volunteers!
Over the past two weekends, we’ve had a fantastic turnout of volunteers helping to get the clubhouse and ground ready for the upcoming season. A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time!
It’s great to see the newly redesigned clubhouse all set to host cricket again – the bar area is looking much tidier and more welcoming. We’ve also installed brand new nets, made possible thanks to funding from Vitality. New sponsorship boards have gone up too (and there's still space if you'd like to advertise your business!).
Plenty of graft has gone into scrubbing down the nets and artificial wicket, as well as clearing stones from the newly turfed outfield.
There are still a few jobs left to tackle – particularly more stone-picking on the outfield – so if you have a moment to spare, please do get in touch.
A quick reminder: winter nets finish this week, and outdoor training begins from Wednesday, 16th April.
