Golf Day 2024

As a member of the Ferndown Wayfarers Cricket Club you may already know that we are a local registered CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) offering opportunities for everyone to participate in cricket. I'm sure you will agree that we are a thriving cricket club with a successful men’s section, a growing youth section and a developing women’s section. In addition to this, we often support our local cricket board by providing a venue for Dorset Cricket to host a number of their fixtures, events and fundraisers.

We have reached that time of the year again; the season has started and this year our club project is to raise funds for Pitch and Outfield renovations. 

One of the ways we fundraise is by hosting an annual golf day, the Ferndown Wayfarers Charity Golf Day will be held on the 11^th of October 2024. This will be held at the Ferndown Forest Golf Club and we invite you to participate by reaching out to either Rob or Cat.

Further to this, and if you are unlikely to participate on the day, but wish to contribute to the event we are hoping that you would consider donating a prize for the day. This could be something small for our raffle or something a little more substantial in value that we could auction off to the highest bidder.  

Another way of getting involved is by sponsoring a hole on the day!
